Want to workout with friends or join our bootcamp to make new ones? We love putting together fun, energizing routines to help you strengthen your muscles, burn calories, and improve balance, co-ordination and core stability. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels with modifications provided for beginners or clients with specific needs.

Our workouts are constantly changing with new exercises introduced regularly to avoid plateaus.  We like to build a strong sense of community where women uplift and empower each other to become stronger and more confident version of themselves.

8 Class Pass (2x per week) $150
