Sabiha Rizvi brings a holistic approach to every yoga class she leads, focusing on both the physical and mental benefits of the practice. As a Certified Yoga Instructor with Ahimsa Yoga, she tailors her instruction to meet each client’s needs, whether they’re beginners or experienced practitioners.
With a background in personal training and nutrition, Sabiha combines her expertise to offer yoga sessions that support overall wellness and long-term health.
