Hey there, I’m Sabiha Rizvi - and I don’t just train bodies, I help women reconnect every part of their health so they can reclaim their energy, metabolism, and confidence from the inside out.

Your metabolism doesn’t function in isolation, it’s influenced by how you move, how you eat, how you sleep, how you manage stress, and even the thoughts you carry about your body. My work is rooted in one powerful truth: women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond are not “slowing down” - they’ve just never been properly supported through these changes.
